Sprinkler flow test reports — mains or pump fed

Sprinkler tests split in the field: towns mains on one job, pump-fed on another. Each needs its own readings. The report should say which it was, not hide it in a generic “sprinkler test” heading.

Who it is for

Contractors maintaining wet-pipe and pump-fed sprinkler installations who still type results into a Word template after the run.

What happens on the day

Select towns mains or pump fed, enter the flows and pressures the test actually produced, attach photos of gauges and the test connection, and get both signatures before you pack up.

Standards

AS 1851 periodic sprinkler flow testing. Pump-fed jobs can carry the pump curves and suction conditions you recorded on the day.

Questions

They sit under sprinkler flow testing, but the form asks which supply you tested. The PDF heading and the result block match that choice so a building manager is not left guessing.
No. The report carries your company name, logo and ABN. We are not on the page they file.
