Hose reel flow test reports
Hose reels are easy to treat as a tick-and-flick. When the client asks for the flow figures, a photo of a wet landing is not a report. Capture each reel properly and send a branded PDF the same day.
Who it is for
Contractors who still bundle hose reel results onto the bottom of a hydrant sheet, or type them up in the office later.
What happens on the day
Identify the reel, record the flow and pressure you measured, photograph defects, and get the site signature before you wind it up.
Standards
AS 1851 periodic hose reel testing. Keep each reel identifiable — a block of “all reels OK” is not a result.
