Combined sprinkler and hydrant pump reports

Some rooms run both duties off the same pump set. Treating that as two half-reports is how numbers get copied into the wrong column. This report type is for the combined job.

Who it is for

Contractors on sites where sprinkler and hydrant pumps share a suction tank, a room, or a common test regime.

What happens on the day

You record each duty you actually tested. The PDF keeps sprinkler and hydrant figures in their own blocks so the file the client keeps matches the plant you stood in front of.

Standards

AS 1851 periodic testing for both systems. Do not invent a combined “average” flow — each duty stands on its own line.

Questions

Use the report type that matches the work. Combined is for the day both duties are in play. A hydrant-only or sprinkler-only visit uses those report types.
Yes. Every report lands in a review queue. Pass, fail or pending — nothing goes to the client until someone in your business says so.
