Booster assembly flow test reports

Brigade booster tests are the ones building managers remember — and the ones that still live in a five-year folder. The report should read as a booster test, not a hydrant sheet with the title changed.

Who it is for

Contractors doing periodic booster checks and the five-yearly booster assembly flow test under AS 1851 Section 4.

What happens on the day

Inlets, outlets, pressures and the flow you measured at the booster. Photos of the cabinet and the connections. Signatures on site.

Standards

AS 1851:2012 Section 4, including five-yearly booster assembly testing. Commissioning work can reference AS 2419.1 where that is the brief.

Questions

It is the same booster report type, filled for that visit. The date, the criteria and the notes should make it obvious this was the assembly test, not a weekly visual.
That is the point. Once your office signs it off, it is a client-ready A4 PDF under your brand.
