What is Oz Fire Wizard?
Software for Australian fire protection contractors. Technicians capture flow tests on a phone, the office reviews them, and the client gets an A4 PDF under your brand the same day.
Which report types are there?
Hydrant feed, sprinkler (towns mains or pump fed), hydrant pump, combined sprinkler and hydrant pumps, booster assembly (including the five-yearly test) and hose reel flow tests.
Can I ask for a report type you do not have?
Yes. Use Enquire and tell us what you test and what the report needs to show.
Is there a sample I can look at?
Yes. The sample report page lets you add your company name and logo to a hydrant feed flow test report. Sample data only. See a sample report.

Does it work on a phone without an app install?
Yes. Technicians use any mobile browser. Camera, signatures and drop-out tolerant capture are built in.
What happens if there is no signal?
Capture keeps working and the job syncs when the phone is back online.
Who signs the report?
The technician and the site representative, on the phone, before you leave.
Can I attach photos?
Yes. The camera is in the job. Gauges, connections, nameplates and defects sit with the readings.
Your reports and your clients
Whose branding appears on reports?
Yours. Your logo, name and ABN. Oz Fire Wizard does not appear on the report.
Does anything go to the client without being checked?
No. Every report lands in a review queue. Nothing goes to the client until someone in your business approves it.
Which Australian standards do the reports reference?
The flow test report layouts reference AS 1851:2012 Section 4 for periodic testing, and AS 2419.1:2021 where commissioning figures are part of the job. Oz Fire Wizard does not replace the standards and does not certify your work.
Does Oz Fire Wizard cover AS 1851 routine service maintenance reports?
Not yet. Today the product covers flow test report types only. AS 1851 routine service maintenance reports are planned; standards content in those layouts is pending licensing until that is cleared.
Who is responsible for report accuracy and compliance?
You are. Reports are produced under your company branding and represent your business, not Oz Fire Wizard. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you capture and for professional certification.
Is Oz Fire Wizard a fire contractor?
No. We do not attend sites. We make the software.
Data and access
Where is my data stored?
Workspace data is stored in Australia. Some processing, such as sign-in and cloud functions, may happen in United States data centres run by Google Cloud and Firebase, and our email provider also stores data outside Australia. The privacy policy has the detail. We do not sell your data.
Can other businesses see my data?
No. Each business sees only its own clients, sites and reports.
How do I get access?
Oz Fire Wizard is not live yet. Join the waitlist with your name and email and we will email you when it is.
